What we collect on this website

If you contact us through this site, we process the details you provide (name, business e-mail, message) to respond to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest.

The site uses Google Tag Manager to run analytics and marketing technologies: traffic analysis, and advertising measurement and remarketing through the LinkedIn Insight Tag and LinkedIn Conversions API. These tools process browser and device information via cookies and similar technologies; data shared with LinkedIn is governed by LinkedIn's own privacy policy. You can refuse non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Data in our services

Black C Media does not collect consumer data itself. The audience and measurement services we provide are operated on our partners' platforms (Azira and similar), which process pseudonymised identifiers (such as mobile advertising IDs) and location signals under their own privacy programmes. Black C Media does not hold data that identifies individuals by name. To exercise rights over platform data, see azira.com/privacy-policy.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to have it corrected or erased, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object, and to claim compensation for damages. Send requests to privacy@blackcmedia.net; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.

Retention

Form records are kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and for statutory retention periods; they are then deleted or anonymised.
