Azira launched Azira One on 1 September 2026: an AI platform that lets marketing and operations teams query Azira's location data by asking questions in everyday language. The platform combines large language models with Azira's location data infrastructure, which the company describes as 13 trillion consent-driven location signals. The video above walks through the platform screen by screen.
What is Azira One?
Azira One is a conversational interface for location intelligence. Instead of building a report or waiting for a custom analysis, the user types a question. The platform identifies the relevant datasets, runs the calculations and returns the answer as a written summary, charts and strategic recommendations.
Azira positions Azira One as its central AI platform. The company has said it plans to integrate AI agents across its entire product portfolio, with Azira One as the single point of access.

Which questions can it answer?
The questions are the ones location intelligence has always answered. What changes is how they are asked. Examples shown in the video and in Azira's materials:
- Who visits a store, a destination or any point of interest?
- Which cities and neighbourhoods do those visitors come from?
- How does a location compare with its competitors, and where is the market share opportunity?
- Which brands do a location's visitors over-index for?
How do the AI agents work?
Behind each answer, AI agents select the right dataset for the question and run the analysis. The response is layered: a short summary first, then visualisations, then insights, strategic recommendations and suggested follow-up questions. Azira states that this reduces location analysis workflows from hours or days to minutes.
The quality of an AI answer still depends on the data behind it. Azira describes its infrastructure as built on mobility and transaction data with filtering and data quality standards applied before analysis, and states that the workspace keeps user data, analyses and knowledge from being shared or used for AI training.
Industry skills
Azira One uses pre-configured AI skills that combine specialised datasets, domain knowledge and guided prompts for a given industry and role. Azira lists three:
- Tourism: for destination marketing organisations, tourism boards and agencies working on visitor insights and destination visitation.
- Dining: for QSR, fast casual and restaurant teams working on site selection, operations, marketing and competitive performance.
- Retail: for retailers and agencies working on site selection, operations, merchandising, customer analytics and marketing.

Branded for agencies
Azira One can be customised with a company's own brand identity, so agencies, consultancies and service organisations can offer it to clients and internal teams as their own AI experience.

Azira One for Travel and Tourism is currently in beta. Azira runs a beta programme with complimentary early access before general release. Azira is part of Black C Media's partner portfolio; to discuss a demo for your brand or agency, contact sales@blackcmedia.net.
